Policies and Procedures Regarding Registration

    1. Prompt registration is most important in getting a good start in both study and work.
    2. Students shall register within the scheduled registration period as provided for in the approved academic calendar.
    3. Students may register up to two weeks after the scheduled registration.
    4. Changes in registration for sound academic reasons may be resorted to during the first two weeks of the semester upon consent of the instructors concerned, the Major Professors, the Academic Dean, and the Registrar.
    5. Change of program and late registration after the first two weeks of classes will call for a fine of P100.00 as receipted by the Business Office.
    6. Students are not allowed to transfer from one class section to another taught by a different teacher without the written consent of the Major Professor and the Academic Dean.  This permission is granted only in the event of an over-crowded section or conflict in class schedule.
    7. The first semester of the studentís attendance at the college is the period of probation.  During this time, he should demonstrate scholastic ability, an aptitude for the work program, high moral ideals, and willingness to cooperate with requirements of the college program.

A student who receives a failing mark in one or two of his academic subjects will be referred to the Guidance Director and Department Head for counseling and would be asked to sign a written statement to the effect that he will strive to improve his performance during the incoming term.
